You and I both know there are MILLIONS of people,
websites and bits of information competing for the
attention that YOU want, right?
And I’m sure you’ve heard…just as I have… things
like, “Content is King”, “Rise above the noise” and
how you must “Bring Value” to the marketplace.
So, like me, you’ve spend hours writing blog posts,
recording videos and/or gone “live” in an attempt
to grow your audience….
And very little (or nothing) happens.
I know…it’s happened to me a LOT!
But here’s the good news…
You DON’T have to struggle trying to figure out
what to share with your target audience if you
use these two simple tips on those days when the
ideas just aren’t coming.
- Find and read an article, blog post or book that
your audience might find interesting and tell them
about it in your own words. This is called curation,
and is one of my favorites to fall back on during
a “dry spell” for a couple reasons.

You might already know about curation, but are
wondering where you can quickly and easily find
articles and blog posts without doing lengthy searches
on Google. That leads me to my second tip…
2. There are sites with collections of articles,
like Ezine.com, where you can search by topic
to find something appealing, OR….
If you want the articles to come to YOU, try
Content Gems, sign up for their daily summaries
and 20 – 30 different articles to choose from will
appear in your inbox every day! Another HUGE
time saver…and it’s totally free!
So there you have it.
When your muse is off vacationing, don’t let
that keep you from getting something valuable
out to your audience.
They’ll thank you for it.
