12 Sure-Fire Methods For Home Business Owners
To Stay BROKE And STUCK

If you’re looking to build a successful home
business, there are a LOT of courses, articles,
books and trainings to choose from, like…

“Create your own online lead machine in 7 days
or less,” “Step by step blueprint to ______, ”
“5 Step Formula To ______” or “90 Day Plan
For ______.”

Then there are the seminars and private training
events that put you in a room with major players
so you can learn about their area of expertise
directly from them.

We all know where to go to get the information
and training we need to build a successful
business.

And we’ve all been told that all we have to do
is apply the formula, technique, method or
thought process and we’ll succeed.

It’s true. We will.

Many have.

But spend any time on social media…especially
Facebook…and it’s obvious there are lots of
home business owners would MUCH rather
gather together and complain.Friends_circle

They’re confused. Oh yeah…and overwhelmed.

They feel like they’re spinning their wheels
cause they’re in the same place they were last
year…and the year before…and the year before
that.

They’re not making any money and “just don’t
know what to do.”

This is a FABULOUS industry…and no one can
be faulted for wanting to be a part of it…but a
successful home business takes work, perseverance
and commitment.

And hey…I get it. Often it’s much easier to
SAY you want to succeed and wear your “I’m a
business owner” mask for all to see while you’re
doing NOTHING.

I say DROP the masquerade.

Walk away from the gurus, the trainings and the
proven formulas for success.

FORGET trying to improve and “bring value” to the
marketplace and totally embrace where you are.

It’s really OK, you know.  You may actually PREFER
hanging out on Facebook and commiserating with
your buddies.

And I say that’s PERFECTLY FINE!!!!!!

So to help you remain in home business limbo,
I’ve compiled a list of “12 Sure-Fire Methods
For Staying BROKE and STUCK” especially for folks
who want to stay where they are.

Choose one or several as it suits you and remember…

If you notice yourself making some actual progress,
you can always choose one or two more to add to your
repertoire.

Enjoy!!

12 Sure-Fire Methods For Staying STUCK and BROKE

(choose just one or as many as you like)…

1. Forget about having daily tasks that you must
complete no matter what. That’s only for anal
retentives and professionals.

2. Believe that focus doesn’t matter and allow
emails and social media to distract you at the
drop of a hat. Some may criticize you for wasting
time, but can be lots of fun running down those
rabbit trails.

3. Remain convinced that you have to “know everything”
before you begin to take action. This way, you’ll
never actually have to DO anything!

4. Purchase all the cool courses that you possibly
can, and don’t even open them, or…

5. Say “no” to ALL forms of training (free or
purchased) because you know better than successful
folks and leaders. This includes regularly blowing
off your company’s/organization’s trainings, calls, etc.

6. Keep your mind tightly closed and never allow
it to entertain a new way of doing things or a
different perspective. After all, what you’re
currently doing is keeping you broke and stuck…
why consider changing?

7. Steadfastly REFUSE to put your goals or vision
in writing. That stuff is a bunch of meaningless
woo-woo nonsense and doesn’t apply to folks like you.

8. Do NOT put together a plan of action!! You’re a
free spirit, after all, and have no need of planning
how you’re going to get from A to Z. (Note: This one
pairs nicely with #7, so you may want to choose them both)

9. Be sure you seek advice from and follow the
suggestions of unsuccessful, broke people like you.
(This is exceptionally powerful if they’re close friends
and/or family members!)

10. Remember that everything can be done tomorrow,
next week… whenever. Procrastination has been
given a bad rap by all those “Type A” personalities
who seem to think it’s important to get stuff done.
Hogwash! Procrastinate as long as you like…it’ll
be there.

11. Keep changing your course and stop/start/stop
as often as possible. This is a MUST if you want
to stay broke! Jump from company to company, never
master any marketing strategy and by all means, DON’T
stick with something for longer than 60 to 90 days…
you’re likely to start getting results if you do!!

12. Find someone or something to blame for your lack
of success. This one is HUGE because you’ll never
have to take personal responsibility AND you get to
engage in creative excuse making.

And I just HAD to throw in my personal favorite as a BONUS …

13. Get on board with a teacher/coach/mentor that
you like and NEVER ask for their guidance, opinion
or help. And above all, DON’T show them anything
you’re working on so you won’t have to concern
yourself with constructive criticism and/or grooming.

Keep in mind that this list is by no means exhaustive.
With time and practice, I’m sure you can come up with
other methods of your own.

Have fun!!

(and I hope this tongue-in-cheek article gave you a
giggle or two)
